Rates are all inclusive except electric is chargeable on a month long stay, and the end of stay clean, which is $200. There is no daily maid service. Should you require a mid stay clean or change of linens, this is charged as an extra, please ask for details. There is a washer and dryer in the house should you prefer to manage this yourself:

Weekly (flexible arrival and departure dates):

Friday August 27th to Friday Sept 3rd (7 nights): $2,800 including utilities

Subsequent weeks $2,000

Monthly:

September 1st to 30th: 29 nights, $5,500 excluding electric useage

September 1st to 15th (including Labor Day Holiday weekend): 14 nights, $4,200 ($300 per night)

September 1st to 8th (including the Labor Day Holiday weekend): 7 nights, $3,500 ($500 per night)
