Historic Vacation Rental Home in the heart of SOUTHOLD, ON THE NORTH FORK of LONG ISLAND, NEW YORK

Top: First Floor Plans, including full self catering kitchen leading to outdoor covered porch, breakfast room with wood burning stove, Keeping Room and family den, center hall, leading to formal dining room and living room with wood burning fireplace. There is also a first floor laundry with washer and drier, and a half acre garden for outdoor dining, games, reading and relaxing.

Second Floor: Four double bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a beuctiful four poster bed. One bathroom is European style with glalss door on shower cubicle. The other bathroom has a bathtub in the middle of a large room. There is an additional half bath and guest cloakroom (lavatory and basin) on ground floor level.

* please note that these plans were prepared prior to the placement of furniture. Areas may vary slightly from what is indivcated here. These plans are intended to give you an idea of how the house is laid out for sleeping arrangements. UPDATE: There are only 8 dining chairs in total, as opposed to the 16 indicated in these plans. The outdoor patio set is larger than indicated, and seats 6 to 8.  The bookcase in the master bedroom has been removed.  Other minor inconsistencies still exist with above floor plans. Please check if this is of concern to you.
