Thank you for your interest in renting the Old Bay Home. We rent the house by the week, with prices ranging from US$1,800 to US$4,250 inclusive of all utilities, 100% cotton bed linens & towels, feather and down duvets and pillows on all beds, normal cleaning at the end of your stay, trash removal from the yard (no dragging trash cans to the street), Satellite TV (120 channels), local phone service, high speed wireless internet service, BBQ gas etc. We welcome children of all ages and can provide stair gates, high chair and a travel cot at no charge on request.

There is a Security Deposit of $100 per person (minimum $500), which is fully refundable if you leave the house as you find it. All things being equal there is nothing else to pay.

Restrictions: Maximum occupancy 6-8 persons including children and day visitors. We do not offer the house to larger groups or for functions, sorry. This includes weddings and Proms! Smoking is not permitted inside the house. No pets anywhere on the property, no exceptions, sorry. Rates subject to change until reservation confirmed. From the end of May to the end of September, our changeover day is a Saturday, flexible at other times of year.

To confirm a booking, we ask for a signed contract and 50% advance rent, the balance payable 45 days in advance of arrival.

Cancellation Policy: All advance monies are fully refundable less a $200 administration charge if the property is re-rented for the same rate or higher rate, otherwise the difference is forfeit.
