Rates and Terms
|
Thank you for your interest in renting The Southold Beach House, offered weekly from US$1,200 to US$5,000 inclusive.
Rent includes all utilities, 100% cotton bed linens & towels, feather and down duvets and pillows on all beds for cooler seasons,
normal cleaning at the end of your stay, trash removal from the yard (no dragging trash cans to the street), Satellite TV (200 channels),
local phone service, high speed wireless internet service, BBQ gas etc. We welcome children of all ages and can provide stair gates, high chair
and travel cot at no charge on request.

- Holiday weeks, add $200 (Christmas & New Year, Easter, July 4th, Thanksgiving)
- There is a Security Deposit of $100 per person (minimum $500), which is fully refundable if you leave the house as you find it. All things being equal there is nothing else to pay.
- Restrictions: Maximum occupancy 6-8 persons including children. Please discuss any additional guests you wish to include in your vacation. We do not offer the house for functions, sorry. Smoking is not permitted inside the house. Some pets may be accepted, please contact us for details. Rates subject to change until reservation confirmed. Depending on time of year, we can be flexible on arrival and departure dates. In high season, this is usually a Saturday.
- To confirm a booking, we ask for a signed contract and 50% advance rent, the balance payable 60 days in advance of arrival. If you are booking within 60 days of arrival, payment in full is required at the time of booking.
- Cancellation Policy: All advance monies are fully refundable less a $200 administration charge if the property is re-rented for the same rate or higher rate, otherwise the difference is forfeit. We recommend all our guests take out travel insurance. Click here to compare rates and purchase travel insurance.
